Big Bob Gibson's Peach Pork Shoulder dry rub & injection/ my favorite...

woods/ hickory-peach-pecan

dry rub

1 tbs dark brown sugar
1 tbs raw sugar
1 tbs sweet paprika
2 1/4 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
3/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp sweet cayenne pepper

injection

3/4 cup peach juice
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tbs salt
1 tbs worcestershire sauce
combine all injection ingredients and heat in sauce pan until sugar dissolves.
