UDS Beef Rib Cook!!

 Had a Blast!!

and I over cooked em.  Only cooked on the UDS a couple times.  So it should be fun doing more drum cooking in the near future.  Need a diffuser for sure.

 

F'n screw.

 Missed my first afternoon school crossing guard duty last Friday.  Hell of a screw.  Had to haul ass to Discount Tire before it went flat.  Was able to fix it no charge.  Cost $$ me 1/2 days pay.
