@meatchurch 1st Time Grilled Skirt Steak Fajita Cook...

2 cups pineapple juice
2 cups lime juice
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp fresh black ground pepper
2 tbs fresh ground garlic

  Should have cooked the skirt steak more well done.  Get your skillet hot before the meat is done.  Veggies take at least 10 to 15 minutes.  Always cut against the grain.  Should have cooked the steak on my Weber Charcoal Grill.  Think that's a must for skirt steak.
