What a crazy day of weather yesterday! Dallas Morning News photojournalists were dispatched all over the DFW area yesterday to bring you unmatched visual coverage from Wednesday's tornadoes and storms.
These two photos show the funnel cloud touching down after crossing the Trinity River and then the resulting damage. The tornado photo was shot by Dallas resident Paul von Wupperfeld from a high rise in Turtle Creek looking west towards the Trinity River. DMN photo editor Brad Loper shot the damage photo at Daniel's Trading, located at 616 West Mockingbird Drive in Dallas.
