The Lang 60 may very well be one of the best selling barbecue pits of all time. As they say... "It's often imitated but never duplicated". Lang is the originator of the reverse flow design for offset barbecue smokers. The reverse flow with the baffle plate is absolutely necessary in my opinion to prevent extreme temperature differences inside your smoker's cooking chamber.
