   it's very easy, but damn good on potatoes....its a little thyme, little oregano, little parsley, little rosemary, One clove garlic, some black pepper corns & a pinch of salt. 1 cup olive oil, just mix it together and you are ready to go.....im sure there can be mixed in other herbs too.
