Citrus Vinaigrette...

Citrus Vinaigrette
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 Lemon juiced
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Basil finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

  1. Step 1: In a mixing bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients except for the olive oil until smooth and incorporated.
  2. Step 2: Once incorporated, slowly whisk in the olive oil until smooth and emulsifiedEmulsified When emulsifying oil into vinegar for salad dressings it is important to whisk the vinegar rapidly, slowly adding oil.
