  2. Hey Ronnie, you know Carson Rotisseries is coming out with a 3 prong skewer in the Spring! Bet you had a big flopping problem with that bird that day. Gotta have the meat centered on the rotisserie for it to cook evenly. Need to use hardwood lump charcoal too. Need more of a camp fire flame to roast the food right. Briquettes don't work well at all for this.

    Either way, that grill is freakin incredible!
