fried pork chop seasoning...

cut chops on edge so they won't curl.
sprinkle chops with seasoning.
add chops to all purpose flour.
get rid of most of the flour on chops.
let chops set for 10 minutes. salt in seasoning will pull
moisture from chops and create a glue. add chops back to flour for a second
time with a little more flour coating. fry on high heat, about 400.

1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black ground pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne powder
