Mark Gabrick from Tampa Florida has just released his new Mobile Hogfather food truck menu. Similar to Austin's Franklin BBQ, "The Tipsy Texan", Mark has added the "Buccaneer Beef Stacker". This brisket, sausage & creamy slaw samich was named by Mark's friend Rob the "Rub" Bagby of the famous "Swamp Boys BBQ Team.
With many years of cooking in the Florida Barbecue Association, & cooking next to several Florida bbq champs, he's ready to make his bbq food
truck dream a reality. So be on the look-out for The Hogfather's
Kansas City Style BBQ food truck that will soon be serving the entire Tampa Bay area.
