corinne trang, fb friend...

Corinne Trang Grilling shrimp tonight to dip in an almond sauce sweeten with Hoisin, spiced with sriracha, and seasoned with fish sauce, a little lime juice and some cilantro to round out the flavors too. I have Swiss chard and eggplant, both going on the grill as's a "whatever is in the fridge" kind of dinner a cold beer to celebrate another beautiful day here at Compo Beach. I'm feeling lucky ;-)
