injection 1 cup of ea.
apple juice
white grape juice
sugar
coke...

my brisket rub exact per recipe.
havin fun. wood is hickory/pecan & GA. peach.
on at 12:05 pm.
want off at 190 exact if possible.
hope is havin fun.
it is 103 degrees.
