Which one is to blame?
Sandy from "Zip It" was asked by me via phone call two days after my package was missing if she had video of my package being scanned? Her response was "Yes", but it could have been scanned outside in the USPS mail-persons vehicle. Her response in my view should have been "Yes, and I'll review it right now". The temp outside that day was 104 so I really doubt any packages were scanned out in the truck. Have not heard from Sandy again about my package.
UPDATE: 06/30/21
No call from Sandy. Didn't expect one. Got new box in Frisco UPS Store. Less $$ also. Love it.
