El Fenix. Never again for Me.

  In my family El Fenix has been a staple dinner night out for over 40 years.   Last friday night Danial & Henry meet Laurie and I for dinner at El Fenix Denton.  Menu was new and my grilled chicken plate was nowhere to be found.  
   El Fenix Lewisville has been our top place to eat for the past 20 years.  About 6 months ago we had three straight meals that were horrible.  3 strikes your out.  

  Friday night in Denton was one of the worst meals I've ever had in my life.  The beef fajita meat was uneatable.  All I kept thinking was how Mr. Martinez would be turning over in his grave if he knew how things have went south.  If he were here today he would fire everyone.  Miguel Martinez was the kind of man this country needs more of.  Hats off to you sir.  You are missed.  If I am ever blessed to have a bbq shak, it will be built and operated just the way you built El Fenix.  Never again El Fenix for me.
