first shot at hot&fast brisket cooking.

3 1/4 hour 143
4 hour 155
5 1/4 hour 177
6 1/2 hour 193
7 hour 199, shoulda pulled it then.
7 1/2 hour in point, 202.

was going for 6 hours.  messed up in the beginning.
better next time.
