pork shoulder @ 300 is at 160 6 hours in. perfect.
and lookin good. want to cook like when i'm in my shak.
goin for 195 temp.
exactly 10 hours/ 195 and all is good.
next test will try to get 195 in 8 hours.
adjust rub and cook to 8 hours will be next.
