Chicken @chupacabrarub Sunday dinner...

 2 gallons water, 8 tbs kosher salt and lemon brine for two hours in the fridge.

 olive oil and rub.

sum mesquite coals on top for a little extra flavor.

your favorite woods chips for more extra flavor.

 grill to 150 to 160 temp and enjoy.
