latest try at JMueller's BBQ Sauce.

1/2 cup vineger
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup ketchup

did not use sauted onions yet.
will try again.

brisket butcher paper liquid.
1/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup butter
