Breaking: there's very little information out there, but Live Oak Barbecue, a new East Side barbecue/beer restaurant, opened today. Here's what we know: the restaurant has a sizable patio, opened this morning at 11:00AM, and serves a pretty traditional Texas-style barbecue menu of brisket, sausage, ribs, pork steak, chicken, pinto beans, potato salad, cole slaw, and cucumber salad.
