Thanks a Million to the Canadian DivaQBBQ Queen. She was kind enough to share with me a few of her secret Rib Cookin Contest Tips, and the B-Back ribs i cooked this Sunday were the bomb. i feel very confident heading into next weekend for the american legion BBQ Contest here in Little Elm. Ordered Spares from Mr Hirsch at Hirsch's Meat Market so we should at least be proud of our Rib entry.
