News from the Doc...

Doc says my heart is not so good.  Surgery went well but I have to get my butt back in the gym.  It was Oct 2015 since my last workout.  Joining 24Hr Fitness this weekend.  I'm having to accept that probably my dream of a running a little bbq spot is not going to happen.  If something comes up that will allow me to do that, I most certainly will do my best to make it work.  But my health and heart must come first for sure.  Not complaining about the things I do not have but feeling very humble about the things I do have and are been blessed with.  Thank you Lord for one more day.
