2TZ Beltbustin' BBQ Mustard slaw

Serves 8-10
8 cups shredded green cabbage
1 3/4 cups shredded white onion
1 cup shredded green bell pepper
1/3 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup shredded celery
2/3 cup sugar
Dressing
6 tbs apple cider vinegar
6 tbs yellow prepared mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tbs mayonnaise
1/2 tbs salt
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Combine cabbage, onion, bell peppers, carrot, celery, and sugar in bowl and mix. In separate bowl combine dressing ingredients and blend until smoothe. Pour dressing over cabbage, chill and serve
