Pork Shoulders.

  The guy's where great.  Brother of Off the Bone BBQ owner.  Had a nice bbq chat and very much appreciated there hospitality. 

  The ribs in my Rib dinner look nothing like the six rib racks in the smoker pic above.  Think I got the last of the lunch leftovers.  Got there Friday at 7 pm.  Really bad.  Server said it started to get hoppin at about 8 pm.
