My wife found the Korner Cafe last week while dropping off my son to a friend's house. She's always on the look-out for "catfish shaks" cuz she knows I luvs me sum catfish just like momma used to fry up. Every time we visit a new catfish place, I ask the owner or cook before ordering, "Is the catfish here is any good?" The answer we got tonight was that it's a crowd favorite. And tonight I must agree. For $9.99 you get two large fillets, steak fries & slaw. It's a simple cornmeal coating perfectly fried. Fries where also very tasty. Wait staff friendly, very clean interior & entree prices very affordable. I'll be back.
