for the third time in the last four years I attended the IBCA traders village bbq cookoff. each time was an incredible learning experience. but this time was more than i could have ever hoped for.
i was lucky enough to meet doug and carole ritter of ritter's bbq. they were kind enough to talk and discuss
with me many of the finer points to the science of low and slow bbq cooking. little did i know when i was talking
to them, they are one of the top bbq teams in the southwest. the good lord keeps leading me in directions i could have
not ever imagined. i will do my very best to make him proud.
