Chicken breast broiled @550 for 30 minutes...

 Brined chicken for 24 hours.  Broiled on bottom rack for 30 minutes.  Olive oil and butter then add spices.  Sweet and simple.  Tater tots are always good.  

Friday Night trip to Kellers...

six large shrimp $6.84 =                               $1.14 ea
six applewood bacon $2.97 =                          .50 ea
1/4 box philli cream cheese = $3.50 a box =   .15 ea
                                                          total             $1.79 ea

plus grill supplies/ seasoning, charcoal etc.

$2.50 each my cost

Best briskets I've ever cooked.
