Pork Chop Sunday!!!



  Brine chops for 1 hour in fridge.
2 quarts water/ 6 tbs salt/ 2 tbs sugar/ 1 tsp pepper corns/ mix well in cool water.  Container must be plastic.  Rinse and paper towel dry.  Olive oil your chops and add favorite steak seasonings.  
Grill to minimum 150 temp.  There ya go.
