Chicken breast broiled @550 for 30 minutes...

 Brined chicken for 24 hours.  Broiled on bottom rack for 30 minutes.  Olive oil and butter then add spices.  Sweet and simple.  Tater tots are always good.  

Friday Night trip to Kellers...

Tried to go to Keller's Drive Inn Dallas tonight but it was closed.
